Overeating

Everybody talks about the benefits of eating a good diet.
Yet few believe that the root of the word is reasonable, in the
sense of "feel". Unable to think of how to stop a drunkard or a
pattern of dependence on food. Instead, you must feel their
way.
And that means using all five senses.
Taste
What is out of bounds to attract desserts? Taste. His
sweetness. After dinner still want something sweet. You'd be
